Very knowledgeable, especially with troubleshooting platform issues. Through editing and launching my site he went the extra mile with teaching me through a video call. However, communication was a challenge—delayed responses and lack of updates caused concern and impacted timeline. That said, once we connected, he provided great support and delivered quality work. If he improves his responsiveness, he would be an outstanding Wix manager. Overall, a positive experience with room for improvement....
