Their guy rarely kept in touch. Always demanded we communicate by email and then didnt respond for days. Kept making errors after spending hours meticulously describing what we wanted to see and be completed. Was supposed to be a rush job but took 2 months to be completed and wasnt even done 100% correctly. We still had to fix things ourselves. Alex stopped communicating with me entirely though he set us up for this job. Their supervisor also didnt follow-up. Theres so much more but out of room...

don't know if Zoek is a legitimate company at this point. i was provided a mock-up w 2 edits. never heard back from them after the 1st edits. they credited the account tho. have i been snookered?...
